Healing Transformation

 When beginning my session with Joanne I had a problem in mind. However, once we started talking and Joanne was asking me questions, I started talking about a totally different problem. With hindsight I realise that this problem was the thing I really needed help with. During the session Joanne asked me questions about things I could remember from my past that related to this problem. I found when answering her it brought back very strong feelings about certain events. Joanne helped me see that by holding on to these feelings I was behaving in ways that were actually making me feel bad. She then made me see that by letting go of these feelings and thinking differently I could be much happier. By using the tapping technique and listening to her I was able to do this and I was surprised at how calm I felt after the session. She also asked me to think of a time when I felt very safe, secure and loved. I was able to do this with happy times with my dad. I felt that I was in a very safe and loving space. It was very emotional and comforting as I lost my dad 3 years ago. I felt very calm since the session I have applied the things I learned from Joanne and have noticed big changes. By seeing things differently and changing my thoughts and behaviour I feel so much happier.

 Today I attended my first eutaptics FasterEFT session with Joanne at Healing Transformation. I was a little nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. Immediately Joanne put me at ease with reassuring words, explaining what was going to happen, the stages we were going to go through, and the fact that I would leave the session feeling positive. During the session, Joanne spoke with a soft, gentle tone. I sensed much compassion, patience, and confidence from her every time she took me through the stages, making sure I was comfortable and encouraging me to express anything that could bother me. Her kind, supportive and professional manner reassured me and I felt relaxed, despite feeling very emotional about the journey. As we went through the session, I felt a sense of release and relief, I could feel her guidance taking me towards more positive beliefs about myself. Joanne guided me towards ways to practise inner work on myself, in order to deal with certain situations and emotions that could arise from my past. I finished the session feeling positive and happy about the outcome, and Joanne reminded me about methods of self-care following the session. I can’t thank Joanne enough for taking me on this first incredible journey, and I am looking forward to attending more sessions with her on my way to finding a brighter future and healing. I have no hesitation in recommending Joanne as a therapist for her compassion, patience, positivity, and professional guidance throughout the session.

 I wasn't sure what to expect during the virtual session with Joanne, but my first tapping session was intense and I'm not gonna lie - emotional. Joanne helped me realise it's safe to let go. Through tapping and visualisation ( for me it was a painful childhood) I took a deep dive into forgiveness, acceptance and allowing myself to return to the version of myself that I felt most comfortable in. I realised that anything I feel and believe about myself stem from subconscious programming from childhood and that it can be changed like finding the virus and uninstalling it from your system. I'm just at the beginning of this, but I'm already feeling so grateful to have this practice in my life.  I had never tried eutapics FasterEFT and I was excited yet apprehensive. From the moment I arrived I had such a positive feeling. Joanne had such a calming and encouraging manner. She explained the nature of the session and possible outcomes. The session was incredible in helping me to focus on things in a more positive light and reshape my thoughts. She is sensitive to the problems you bring her, but she's also funny and with one or two words she may just shift your entire perception about the problem, allowing swift and profound changes.
